I read on ESR somewhere that UK delivered cars had electric windows standard before other markets around 1969. Is that true? If not, when did they start?

WTB: 901/13 transmission
Hi,
I am missing my matching numbers 901/13 transmission from my UK deliver 1969 911S. Serial is 71951** (don't want to encourage fraud, will confirm on site).
If you have one lying around, please let me know!
Scott
