Sunroof motor

Found one. No longer looking.

Looking for a good working sunroof motor for my 69 911E.
I know I can buy a new one but if there is a good old one out there then that’s what I’d prefer.

Apart from being very noisy the one I have installed is I believe to weak to close the roof fully.
Cheers

911E 50mm plastic intake trumpet -found-

1969 911E 50mm plastic intake trumpet. Got them now
These are the ones located on top of the velocity stack tighten down within the air cleaner. I’m searching for two or more to replace the ones melted on backfiring.
Many thanks for reading.

Best 911 restoration ever

If you think restoring an early 911 is painful, then you have just got to look at this guy and see and how he has approached restoring a 911 targa scrap yard find. Should make you chuckle

Engine bay rear window relay

For a 69 911E
Indicated in the white circle is a missing black relay, could it be for the rear window defrost?
I'm hopeful it is as that could be the reason why my rear window does not demist.

Much appreciated

If it helps, here's a video of the dismantling of the door panel and it's parts.

Re: cracked case

Thanks guys. I've made plans that will lead to a rebuild later this year, it was always on the cards. I'll keep an eye on this crack and if it gets worse I'll use JB weld to hold it.

Re: cracked case

I suspected it had been over tightened, not by me but by someone who thought they were helping. For now I’ll give it a good clean and use the JB but, I guess I’m looking at a rebuild, something I was trying to avoid.
Thanks for your advice.
