Its coming on well, just noticed all my pictures have disappeared, thanks photo bucket :lol: So its currently away having the metal work done, hoping to have it back by the end of January, Ill try and link some photos from facebook while i sort something else out. Off it goes for a few months.... ht...

So a mate of mine came round Thursday evening to help get the floors fitted, he restores classic cars for a living so knows what he's doing, unlike me :lol: I think due to a combination of the new panels and where the cars been jacked up on the sills over the years and miss shaped them, they needed ...

Cheers. Looks like I'll be ordering most of the panels from restoration design. Got everything I need and really well priced, been told they are excellent quality and fit too.

Cheers guys, I'm very pleased with it. Just costing up the panels, any recommendations on suppliers in the uk and manufacturers? And 2 bits of what looks like old lead, above the B pillars, identical both sides, so I'm assuming its a factory thing?

So yesterday i took delivery of the 912 from envirostrip. Got to say I'm really pleased with how its come out.... There were a few spots on the floors, parcel shelf, and some old repairs i already knew about that would need sorting, but no nasty surprises and its come back better than id imagined it...

I'm a complete amateur (with the scars and the bills to prove it) BUT I am halfway through doing an average resto on a RHD 1967 912. Look forward to seeing how you progress. So it's off to envirostrip next Monday. Looking forward to getting it stripped, but slightly nervous of what it might uncover haha.

Yeah luckily it's really solid, just a few minor bits on the floors, rear parcel shelf, and an old repair that needs doing properly on the rear quarter.
