Re: The XK

Am happy to offer independent testimony to the quality of this build by Mr C. Absolutely stunning in the details. I shan't spoil i...

Having 'retired' a couple of months ago, i started probing locally and for CLM, i have managed to rattle out a 911S, 65 fastback mustang, e-type v12, jensen GT, 3 Healey 3000 and an Aston Martin DBR1 replica all wi...

It took 12 months and only after a considerable amount of regular calling did i get them back. I fitted them and within 1 month, the Rev counter was doing what you say above. I called REputAble ...

Re: 1970 LH chrome door handle

Re: Goodwood members meet - porsche 911 comp

i posted on the Goodwood forum a couple of weeks ago as i had the same question.

The only responses i have so far received are people questioning the 75 years of the 911 given the 911 only started production in 1964.....

Would like to get on a parade lap if i can

Re: Off topic watch chat for the horologists out there

Did any of you guys know my late brother-in-law Mike Fletcher, who was with ICT/ICL back then as well? JW Late to this thread. I worked for ICL in Stevenage and Sydenham for 1 year immediately after university, mid 80's. Went to putney office once. My job was the roll out to senior management of a ...

Re: Details details

The hardest part i found was finding an accurate replica of the paint tag. Printed font, letter spacing, size of letters, stamping font etc. In the end, i bought a couple of replacements, didnt like any of them so i used the original which i had damaged when removing it. I decided the damage wasnt b...
