Re: Help... Royal mail want to destroy my Solexes...

I had a similar problem recently but didn’t involve car parts. I gave my ‘helper’ 2 envelopes, 1 for posting in a letter box and the other for the internal post box at Barclays, each envelope was clearly marked. Can you guess what happened....... luckily the RM sorting office is down the road so wen...

Re: 1970 911T Cigy Lighter- want to charge my phone but...

Have found that chargers take the live feed from the rivet at the bottom of the socket as opposed to the orig ciggy lighter that took it from the side of the lower springy bit. If there’s any rust in the rivet, this stops the contact. Also run uk & USA cars & have found them the same size so...

Try the Figure of 8 :compress: configuration! C3S, yes the Kart track of today was a skid pan back then. Did you ever know Dave Parr in his Anglebox? Curb is a great place, and private test days there have been so beneficial to sorting troublesome suspension out. https://s13.postimg.org/5krcnvcjb/l...

Re: Mystery steering wheel

No name present but it’s super lightweight and lovely to steer/feel, most unlike any general cheapo repros. The Midget arrived with a Mountney super chunky woodrim, then l put an original factory wheel on but dug this one off the back of a shelf that had been there for years. Having seen most afterm...
