If you are unable to remove the thing by any traditional method, use an angle grinder. Simply, but carefully grind down one of the flats- and corresponding shoulder area until you are as close to breaking through to the axle and drum faces as you dare. Having done this many times I tend to get a fee...

Maybe the images are better on other peoples computers - mine seems to suggest the smudges along the door bottom and lower front valence could possibly be polish residue. I am an expert in leaving polish residue on cars and it could have been cleaned by someone with similar skills. I would assume a ...
