356 Carrera GS Coupe lightly...

... rodded. This looks beautiful if you like that sort of thing. Interesting to see where this ends up in light of the work carried out and move from originality.

In any event, a cracking looking car.

Re: New Member North London

Hey - welcome. I kept a 356 and a 71 911T (one at a time) at the Classic Car Club near Old Street. It worked nicely for me as I was living in Highbury at the time. They look after the cars well, in that they are kept in separate bays in de-humidified bubbles (on a battery conditioner if you want) an...

Re: Bicester Heritage

I can thoroughly recommend a visit even if the Scramble isn't on. I think it being a sunny day really added to it. Great set up and people. Notably Classic Performance Engineering and Kingsbury Racing Shop (Bentleys) spent an age showing us around their workshops. Really appreciated the time and the...

Bicester Heritage

I was thinking of popping up and taking a look one week day. I just noticed on the website you need to check with the firm you want to see and make an appointment as necessary and check in at the main gate. Has anyone visited other than during a public event? I wondered if you can turn up on spec an...

930 Turbo Inlet Valve Clearance

Asking for a friend of a friend who is abroad and doesn't have access to the technical specs (not sure why). He is after the Dial Gauge Readings (Ideal and Permissible) for inlet valve adjustment on his 930 Turbo. The car is:

1989 930 Turbo
Engine Code No. 930/86

Any help appreciated!!

Re: London Christmas Dinner Orange Tree Wed 13 Dec 7pm

Yes, thanks Neil for organising and everyone for making new faces so welcome.

Also to the Dulwich / Peckham mini-chapter for the Uber ride. I will PayPal or hand over cold hard cash if we can organise a beer.

Cheers

Another excellent automotive artist for you all.

Not sure how much an original of your own car costs but the quality looks excellent.

I'd expect the stereo and speaker to be loud. Rob Dickinson is Bruce Dickinson (frontman of Iron Maiden) cousin. Both artists!
