Hey Bert - might Darren possibly have one from his base car that is the subject of the 'flares' restoration thread? That is / was a period Carrera 3.0 and had an early spoiler judging by page 1 of the thread...

We had one Ddker who used to top up with oil almost as often as we all filled with petrol ... didn’t stop him driving it and having fun 8) All that oil that leaks out makes for excellent additional underbody protection... ;-) I should add that I've only just read this thread and what a fabulous rea...

Great read and loving your work Gary - I think the thread title should change to 'scope creep' however, judging by just how far you have gone with it.

It's rewarding work though and will keep the car in fine fettle for many years to come, I'm sure.
