Disappointed

Very disappointing I can not see how Ecclestone thinks this will be increase viewing figures but then maybe he thinking it increases ££££ which is more important to him and Murdoch than customer viewing satisfaction???? I am sure the teams will not like this as it will probably hurt their sponsor ag...

Big thanks for the help at Hedingham

Dear all I just thought that I would like to say a 'big thank you' to alot of people at Hedingham yesterday. It was depressing enough to bump the nose of the 356 getting across country from Salisbury on Saturday in torrential rain in the M25 traffic jam! When I found water coming in for the first ti...

Got away fine

Yes they were fine. It was the clock that seemed to fuse and cause the fire but the guys from Roger Bray did their magic to fix it and all was fine. The occupants seemed to be quite cool about the issue and are carrying on their tour of the south before returning to Jersey. They were very thankful i...

I'll be there with the family in the LHD 356A I have tried to attend over the last few years and always had some sort of car problem but this year tickets are purchased and we are making a weekend of it with a run up on Saturday, hotel stay and then attending on Sunday. Any ideas of what I can do wi...

Lovely

That is a lovely colour.

I wish I could find a good reason to paint mine that colour.

Anyway looking forward to seeing finished.

What colour interior? Tan leather would work well I think?

All the best

New euro law against old cars

I saw this and thought that it might have some relevance to our hobby http://www.rodsnsods.co.uk/forum/topic/bury-news-34888 Basically, it will ban modification of old cars and restrict the way we maintain our vehicles, in the longer term forcing old cars off the roads. Not good news Regards Jeremy

Meeting up

Sounds like a plan I will see how the land lies and try to get a green card! With small kids and wives' weekend plans it is always a challenge. We could meet for a trip to a Goodwood breakfast club as an option? I drove a 63 SC with an Andy Prill motor and alot of work done for racing including fuch...

Took the 356 out on Wednesday for the first time this year and it was running like a dream. I hope to get a few miles on it before dropping off at PRS in April for a service and check up. Plus a couple of other bits of work! Birthday present to myself! Anyway enjoy the roads and weather while you ca...

King of the Hill?

Was 'King of the Hill' with Harry Hamlin ever put onto DVD? This is a 356 racer who beat all comers in the hills in California, meant to be based on a true event ??? Correct me if I am wrong. Great racing especially with the 356 but it has been cut about a bit!! If it is on DVD let us know!! Regards...

Brilliant content - something for everyone - Inspirational - I had to get the 356 out and dream it was a speedster crossing...
