Looks like they simply take a direct route across from coil to the CD box.

Cheers.

cable routing - CD to coil & points ?

I'm "fixing" part of the harness that was in my mfi car. The screened cables from CD box over to coil & to points were much too long & were just folded over & over into a big bunch. This.. http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c28/dealgan/911/mfi/DSC05028Small.jpg Straightened out ...

Never knew that about carb cleaner !

I've managed to get them clean enough using the brake/carb cleaner from hellfrauds & a toothbrush.

Does the lack of price guide suggest they are out of my league ?

Would be good to know a ballpark price on these.

Exc\use my ignorance, but how can a 2.7RS spec be on carbs ?

Cleaning throttle bodies ?

What is the best stuff to use for cleaning throttle bodies ? Mine have a bit of carbon build up so I need to give them a good scrub. Is there something better than carb/brake cleaner ? I'm thinking of a good soak in a bucket of diesel & then scrub with carb/brake cleaner ? Reading on pelican, th...

Thanks for the offer Gary.

I don't have a gauge either, so might just get the gauge & the holder from pelican unless I can find one closer to home.

Every time i look at pelican I end up with a huge shopping list !

Cheers,

Its a good read on the development of the 911 from the word go.
