Not going to beaulieu (that just took about 5 mins to spell!!),off up to northhampton visiting friends.

Ive seen Bullet around, nice car first saw it about a week after buying mine!

Good idea all to get together sometime in the summer (if it ever comes)maybe...

Hello Robster, No worries about not chatting mate, as much my fault!! I was hung over to buggery which didnt help! I am local, in Woodley, Not sure if I can make Sandown tomorrow, got a long list of 'to do's' before the weekend. Will definatly keep upto date on the future meets and come along. Also ...

If you on about the 2.2 911 that was in front of you, that was me!. I thought the same, wouldnt let my car in but saw areas being taken up by new passats, polos and even a new VW transporter white builder type van. My brother has put a post on the VZi forum and got a fair answer, apparently they say...

oh yeah, and its a sealed unit already oil filled. I gave mine a good dousing with oil once it was fitted.

Dont pull out the pin untill the tensioner is in place. work out where the spacer goes (I cant remember), fit the tensioner then hook the retaining pin out with a small screwdriver and pliers.

I went for the standard style with the added collar, simple, cheaper and they work.
