Does anyone know if the early 2 piece engine PORSCHE scripts found on the 65-66 912 are available anywhere in anodised aluminium like they were back in the day? All the aftermarket ones I see seem to be chrome plated

Aye! I could be tempted, pending Simon’s feedback - if he says the HP one changed his life I might get be undecided between them. I like the look of the PM one and the super powerful magnet, but the ease of using just a magnetic plug for oil changes on the HP ones does sound appealing...

My understanding is that both Norma and Mera were used back in the day - see attached clearer photo of the Mera script stamped on the side - from a smaller clamp on crank breather hose. For air filter hose T connector for 356/912 like photo. Should be 9mm wide, and 30mm dia, with cheese head screw flat slotted drive, and “Mera” stamped on outside (if legible!)
