Hi, 73 doesn’t have any relay, direct feed from the switch, which is prob your issue.

Could you just make your own. We use a standard bowed cable with our own internals which utilise the original pin thus giving the correct throw. You can then mount the other end to a dash pull/toggle. On this car which has no heaters we used the heater handle on the hand brake. It works very well. h...

Hi, the bolts in the trailing arms are correct as per your picture. Unless changed your car being 70/71 does not have the recesses in the torsion bar tube. That started (from memory) sometime in the 73 production year. So basically the bolts can only go in one way.

Hi Andrew, we make new metal inserts (which go into the M/C) for RHD cars as these are NLA. These are slightly different but may help. Most of the tubes on RHD are all crusty.

We take it out and use our vapour blaster on low pressure. They look like new after.

Pretty sure the ones available new are only LHD. Same with window switches you can only buy the early chrome style and not the larger chrome ones.
