I’m beginning to wonder if it’s not an industrial?

It’s a bit confusing really as to what it is

It has the number 34 stamped on the top of the 2 main case pieces
and the numbers 16_62 on the front of the 2 main case pieces

Any information would be greatly appreciated as to what it is
