Re: Frazer Nash/BMW 319
Fabulous story with an incredible outcome. The more I get into pre war cars, the more I enjoy them but it is a sad truth that the owners and keepers are slipping away from us. Keep them running, these old cars need to be used, enjoyed and kept out of museums!

Do you have an engine stand and yoke ? Sladey is looking after mine, which you are welcome to use if Mark isn’t.

Rugby club venue with bar/food
Coffee van
Near place of interest ? Town / village
Overnight entertainment ?
Somewhere to stay over / camping option
Early August ( ‘cos the choice of rugby club is greater)

Re: The DDK Nationals
In 2018 I organised an Imp Club National event in Leicestershire. Mostly a camping event, Prestwold Hall, Leicestershire. Marquee, catering, toilets/showers, evening entertainment. 250+ attendees. 1st weekend in August. It relocates every year around the country. I can’t imaging DDK managing the sam...

Re: Megaphonics 23 | 5th Anniversary Edition
Yes, I did queue for about an hour, and yes not so many food stands, but it was a good event with a nice relaxed feel. It did certainly attract a huge number of Porsches of all ages. I saw plenty of familiar cars but never managed to catch up with anyone I knew other than Jonny, who was a sitting du...

Re: Fuel hose from tank to pump
When I drained mine ( very similarly problem, but different configuration) I disconnected the fuel pipe at the engine end and fitted a pipe that I put in a Jerry can. I ran the car’s own fuel pump to pump the fuel out and safe. I only had 10 Litres or so. It might work or yours too Jason. Good luck ...
