Re: Project Nine One Fuel

Hi Guys,

It's been a while... The time has come to finally get the old girl over here. I'll be in the UK in a couple of weeks sorting the car out for shipment and then she'll be on a boat headed for Australia. These things take time, but I never thought it would take me 11 years...

Re: Project Nine One Fuel

Welcome back to the forum Luke. I'm sure there are loads of people still on here who will remember you and it would be great to hear a bit more about the car and your plans. Cheers Thanks Nathan, the plans so far consist of trying to figure out how to get it over here. I'll try to keep things updat...

Project Nine One Fuel

Hi Folks, My gosh, I just noticed that the last time I logged in was 2 weeks shy of 3 years ago. I'm not even sure if anyone I used to know back in the UK from when I had the car one road is even using the forum? How bad of me to neglect this side of things. Well, sometimes you go through a period o...

always a touchie subject. Porsche are very very protective of their name but, i have noticed they are autherising many many more outlets for their own goodies than a few years ago when you could only buy Porsche items via their own official network of dealers. so my advise would be to have a chat w...

new online shop - ideas wanted please

Hi All, and a big greetings from Australia. I wanted to pick your brains about something. As a side project to Fuel Magazine, I am starting an online shop over here catering to VW and Porsche goodies from around the globe. I wanted to ask if you have any ideas for items along the Porsche lines, as I...

I keep an eye out for cars for sale over here. Any that do come up have all been converted to RHD on import. It concerns me that many a time the ad says "original right hand drive". You'd think owning such a rare car here, they'd at least know the history of it.

Phillip Island Classic - Australia

Possibly my favourite event of the year.. the historic classics at Phillip Island. It was another amazing event.. I was tripping over million dollar race cars every few steps. No restrictions, so the public can get right in there and wander around the pits oggling at all the glorious race history on...

VW drags - Heathcote, Australia

here are some photos from a drag day here on Saturday. It was a very small affair, with only about 10 cars taking part, but was a fun day nonetheless. here's the link, followed by a top fuel tractor filling up his tyres with nitrogen for the big event... http://www.lukeray.com/display/ShowGal...
