Re: Boxster Insurance renewal increase!
Graham, I think you are over 50!!?? Try Saga - I paid £266 for my 3.2 Boxster with max no claims. Renews in 218 days so I'll have to see what happens then.

Re: Front undertray rhd
Very interesting. Am I right in thinking that must be the first 66 MY RHD car and one of the first six UK imported RHDs. Definitely would have had the 'sheet tin' type undertray. I notice it is not on the 64 65 66 spreadsheet. Great, another survivor. Love to know more. Please PM me if you don't wan...

Re: Front undertray rhd
Hi, 1965 RHD cars had a very different pan. Sheet metal construction and very particular to the early RHD cars. They were not really set up for he production line at that time. See the difference here from my restoration thread started 2012. Three quarters down the page. http://www.ddk-online.com/ph...

Re: Tinted windscreen ex USA 912
Hi Mike, and all. Yup still around, been checking in quite often but not actually posting. Blue Belle not moved much but quite a lot more been done - especially to the carbs.
Need to clear the garage of all the left over parts that I don't want or need. Sooo much.

Tinted windscreen ex USA 912
I have this sitting in my garage amongst many other early SWB parts. Came off a 912 that was parted out ages ago. Undamaged. £100 Collection preferred but I will help with any arrangement. https://i.postimg.cc/j2myB8qX/IMG-20231126-160845449.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/T1LDjrjW/IMG-20231126-160702972.j...

Air filter clips wanted
Can anyone help with five spring clips or advise where to find them. These are the smaller type fitted to Solex and Weber air filters. Wire section not needed - just the curved metal 'spring' clip. Measures about 30mm x 10mm Any help would be much appreciated. Ian ______________________ 1965 RHD 911...

Re: New(ish) Member RHD '66 911
Great to see another early RHD come to light. Welcome on board. Love to learn the history and how you it came to you out there in Oz. Still on Solexes? Is it a straightforward rework or does it need a lot doing? Looking forward to your posts Ian ______________________ 1965 RHD 911 302136 'Blue Belle...

There are a couple of small rectangular indents where your plate it. I took a couple of pics taken of the inner front wing of my 65 RHD 911. https://i.postimg.cc/wxr10z9S/IMG-20221118-125129770.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/Z5x3fQ7p/IMG-20221118-125140422.jpg Ian _______________________________________ 1...

Re: Waiting for a new sticker?
I have to say, that despite having paid my subs and sending an SAE each time, I have not received my stickers either Thomas. I still have the last - a blue one - on my Boxster. I'll send another SAE and cross my fingers. 😞 Ian PS. I do have many Early 911S Registry stickers. They seem to scatter the...
