If you have the french title you have the date of the registration.

All production 911s had steel lids as standard, the alloy lids were an option on the 2.2 cars for sure, so were probably available on 2.4s as well (as an option). The only way to find out is to see the build sheet or original sales invoice for thecar, the CoAs are not reliable enough for this kind ...
