Hi Nick, I would disconnect the power feed to the CDS box and crank the engine over (without spark plugs) until you can see an oil pressure reading on the dash gauge, then fit plugs and re-connect CDS power feed . As you have replaced all the oil lines etc, be prepared for the possibility of airlock...

Jamie, If your struts are Boge then there is an O ring on the top section that you exposed by removing the top nut.The O ring seals around the side (diameter) of the top plate and the sides of the strut tube.
