Re: Last Night's Top Gear...

......and then they do a little beauty like this one - there's even a 911 going up the hill at Prescott in the first 30 seconds.

80's Top Gear at it's best!

You will like the tyres, they are great.

Thanks Mike....looking forwards to driving on them. Car's going into Ian Nuthall's on Monday to have him work his magic on the geometry and ride height......if he's good enough for Stirling Moss I should end up with a nice handling 911.

Re: Which tyres for 6's & 7's?

Thanks both. On the Longstone tyres website it's just they list that 185's are for 5.5 - 6" wheels?? http://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/page/Avon_CR6ZZ_Radial_Classic_Tyres Requiring 205's and above for 7's? It'd be great if the 185's are okay - we got one onto a 7, but it was a tight fit and we w...

Re: Which tyres for 6's & 7's?

Schoolboy error..... Note to self...check how wide your wheels are before buying non-returnable special order tyres. Right. I don't have 6's & 7's.....I actually have 7's and 8's and am clearly a little r  tarded. I bought some Avon CR6ZZ 185/70 HR15 tyres and they clearly don't fit my 7&q...

Re: Which tyres for 6's & 7's?

Thanks Andy, they look perfect. Love the way they look, and good reviews out there too. Worth the extra money by the look of it.

I hate penalty shootouts, though.

Which tyres for 6's & 7's?

I want to replace the current (oversized and looking 'wrong') 225's and 195's with some 185/70VR15 and 215/60VR15 Pirelli P6000's....which I understand are a decent tyre of choice. My tyre guy is saying they're on back order so might take a couple of weeks.....just wondered, is there another brand o...

Does anyone have a clear wiring diagram showing wiring colours and positions please? The one in the Haynes manual isn't very good, and I need one showing inputs and...
