2 x 356A Coupes - A417

Saw two 356A's heading South on the A417 from Cirencester to Swindon on Sunday 13th May at about 4pm. They weren't travelling together, but were only seperated by about 5-10 minutes - first one was Glacier White, I think, and the second was matt black.

Anyone here?

Haslemere Classic Car Show - Sunday 27th May

"The day is in two parts - a pre-booked limited number tour in the morning and a free static show on Lion Green in the afternoon, both are open to all pre-1973 type classics." "The intention is to create a ‘vintage’ style village fete on the green. There will be selection of stalls se...

Engine Lid Grill

Are you sure that the dark stripes don't correspond to the vertical bars they were attached to? I think that you'll find that the anodising will fade with exposure to the heat of the engine - the vertical bars provide enough of a shield from the heat so that the anodising fades at different rates. I...

Tyre choice for a 72t Targa

205/60 is the right size for 7" wheels, so check you haven't actually got 7" wheels - the rarer 7R wheels look very similar to the flat 6 wheels.

London to Amsterdam

Just be sure you have parking in Amsterdam and stay away from the edges of the canals - I've seen cars go in before! Also, think about security as car crime is common in Amsterdam.

Nice work indeed, but I'm pretty sure these are Canford Classics parts, not Porsche.

10/72 Date Stamped 6x15 Fuch Wanted

I'm looking for another 10/72 date stamped 6x15 Fuch wheel to replace my one of my original wheels that is damaged.

It needs to be in good overall condition, but I will be refurbishing it to match the others.

Re: Media Blasting

Definitely not in the North or Midlands, but apparently one of the best... http://www.blast-cleaning.co.uk/

I believe Roger Bray uses these guys, sending his cars all the way from Exeter to be blasted.
