Nearly no feed back or any interest around here so I have dicided to post no more updates anymore but the end result. Have a nice time to you all around here. I think my topic is not interesting enough.

Quick update.... Dashbord is finished and I did cut out the engine lid and the door. Also I have nearly finished wiring the car. Until now 180 meters of electric wiring has gone in it. The photo does no justice to the result Kristian. The face is printed on matt plastified paper the kind they use for expensive magazines. I did not made them. I put some two sides sticky tape on the original face and glued the new one on. Some one from the Dutch 356 speedsterforum made them for me. ...

Quick update of the Rometsch build. Chassis is ready with aluminium floorpanels, body finished and the inner mould is removed. Inner wings made and the body is fixed on the chassis. Kristian, clean look from behind but did you trial fitting the engine complete with tinware and the carbs? I see you are using outside hinges but at my Intermeccanica the airfilters had about 0,5 cm clearance with the body ... I used Kadrons. This car and my Intermeccanica were moulded from original...

Kristian, nice to know the Mercedes wheel is fitting the 356 wheel center. What is the trick to center the wheelcenter in the rim?
