PS the factory brackets don’t look like this and are in two parts if I remember correctly

attaching LWB bumper
Yes there is a bracket that goes from the battery box and also up to the underside of the headlamp bowl. I made these from some stainless as my originals were trash and didn’t line up with anything! You can see my new ones have a big slot and also clearance to the bumper so it could pulled up as it’...

Also can you check the voltage at that injector just to make sure it’s getting a signal to open?

It’s a good start Mark. A mere misfire won’t stop you now.
If I were you I’d be buying a set (or at least a couple) of injectors before you go mountain climbing. Also possibly some o rings for the connection to the rail.
Best of luck as ever

Never had one with this tank I fitted the big tank many years back and never got around to buying a collapsible spare.jb wrote:what happened to the spare wheel?

Re: Rear bumper rubber body to bumper seal
Yeah hi Gary, hope you don’t mind me using your photo. It’s a good example Of course not :) The seal ends up there because of the flange on the rear quarter, so if it’s engaged properly that’s where it goes. The moulding on the end isn’t pleasing for me as it looks like the wrong shape, but again t...

Re: Sill trim installation
I tried this. Gave up in the end and drilled holes in the new paint. As nothing is straight it needs to be ‘pulled in’
Brave pill needed
Lots of grease on the holes, remove the swarf and I didn’t try too hard to secure the bottom edge so they can drain easily

Close, but that’s a Rolls
And an electric one at that.
We do have one on the fleet and it’s most impressive even if it’s a BMW i7 underneath

Re: Assessing an unknown engine
If you can get a set of three pistons off and then release half of the crankcase you can maybe get to whatever is jamming it, or to the other rod bolts and then it should come apart. Just put the engine stand connection on the side with the stuck pistons pointing towards the floor and leave the cran...

Out of all the 911s out there I think this one has had enough fuel flushed through it
