Haven't you ever got a new car for Xmas? :)

Wrapping the whole car in vinyl is the new colour-change 'respray', but retaining the original paint underneath to be restored to its original glory later

The WEVO shifter arrived safely this morning, thanks. Thanks also for packing all the bits so carefully. I look forward to trying it!

I popped down around 8.30. The marshals tried to direct me to the regular car park, but when I pointed out the kids sat in the back, he said " I didn't realise those were 4 seaters" and sent us to the paddock. It was fairly quiet and we left soon after 10, but I saw one early 911 in the pa...

O/T I've got some SSIs to fit to my SC but need to sort a silencer. How loud do you reckon that Dansk is, as I like the twin out look, but don't want problems on trackdays I'm sure the twin outlet would be too loud, even on a 105 dB day. Early cars fitted with SSIs and stainless single out Dansk si...

I'm looking forward to following this!
I still remember 'helping' a craftsman make an ally bonnet for a vintage car on a big old wheel back in my school days. (My 'helping' consisted of just supporting the other end).
I was fascinated to see a flat sheet develop into a beautiful compound curve

Naim Nait 1 amp (refurbed by Naim who said it's now good for another 18 years). Rega Planar 3 turntable with RB300 arm and Linn K9 cartridge.

I fitted a Prototipo recently, but was replacing another Momo wheel.
The horn wire clipped onto the back of the horn push (earthing via the column I assume).
I could take some pix with the horn-push out if it'd help?

The forecast is sunny but cold at the moment.
There's a lot of water running off the fields round here though, so go easy down the lanes. Shame mine's too new

Panda 100 would be up there for me! Chic, economy, 4 seats, blue teeth and aircon. I got one for my wife, at 25% discount a new one with 3yr warranty was the same ££ as a 2-3 year old used snore-mobile. Fun car (is "EVO hero" tag a + or -?), but poor ride over broken roads and avoid speed...
