Prototypes has never been not THAT hot...
Especially not those that never really made it into production - and no one can claim this one to be the prototype for the Cabriolet that came in -83.

Great pic. By my count there are three guys screwing on indicators and two fitting mirrors and no-one doing much else. How did they manage to churn out millions of them!! Probably why Karmann ultimately went bust... Or... It's Sunday and they wanted some life in the picture, so they kidnapped a few...

This is not a "project". It is an excuse to create a replica of a 1967 soft window 911 S. And it will be marketed as a "all original and numbers matching" when the deed is done.
That is what the pricing suggests anyway...

Any Alpina B3 will solve your problem.
I have a 3.3 2002 Touring. It's utterly stable up until 240km/h. After that you have both hands on the wheel.

And yes - they are hard to sell, so choose yours with care...
