That is the only modern porsche for a number of years I'd really fancy owning and unless you fancy PAL al over the interior, the Lab should probably stay at home with the 5 kids :-)

I guess there are 2 types of car as good value The expensive ones with documented history and restoration which really arnt that expensive if youve ever restored one properly. The worn out examples with old paint that are somehow legally driveable and which you know you will end up doing a full rest...

Every time I do this ...and its been a few ... I actually now HATE :violent1: the wires to the remote speakers .

My 59 D has glass How do I know ...because it was cracked and felt heavy. Pretty sure they were original .I know the history and know the original owner and that it was stored from 66 till 2000 They are like hens teeth to find in NOS condition ...One of those concours bits that makes a 100 point car.

Very nice and frankly not bad value at £20k given the custom parts involved. Or get a type 4 with 911 fan for a similar look but without the WOW factor. I could never understand the economics of doing this ... For the total money spent you could have a 356 and a 911 and have the total driving exper...
