Re: The DDK UK Porsche 914 Register
Well here we are in 2012, and I checked this topic so I could delete my recently sold 914/6, only to find moonfruit has gone. In that case, and if it is too difficult to resurrect (I always thought it was a very worthwhile cause) why not delete all this topic, or is it just bait to attract moonfruit...

Two piece handbrake (1970-72)
Posting here too in case anyone doesn't read uk914. I had a problem with my handbrake in that it was not locking on ie engaging although the function worked when I pulled it up. I took the lever off and after playing with it for a couple of hours I am thinking that the spring clip on the release rod...

Hours of loving work!! Great job!
Do you have the paint code? From the definitive color (note spelling) site, it looks close to Laguna Blue or in some pix Olympic Blue, which would be the '73 colour. Have a look at this http://homepage.mac.com/markd/914/colors.html
if you haven't seen it already

Has anyone got a decent secondhand one I can borrow until MM send me the replacement new one at the end of the summer? Pppleeeaase :) :) :P If you can contact Kevin (ponytail) Clarke, he may just possibly have a second hand one. I gave him a huge box of various rubber seals at the 914 International...

Out of interest, which car do you prefer driving on a sunny day? it's a difficult one James :) It must be a massive relief not to have too many days on which a choice has to be made! It never fails to astound me the way you guys use Photoshop to put in all this surreal sun and shadows!!! Just...

Unless Bootsy can edit the list to show cars including DDK sign-on names as well, or, for example Pauladev1, Pauladev2, then it is impossible to keep ta...
