Rubbed back the paint on the little square tag on the left side A post. The only nr I can see is on the bottom half of the tag 140 - 9 - 3
Does that mean anything? Or do I need to look elsewhere on the tag?

Bahia Red ?
Guys I'm trying to identify what shade of red my 72 shell is. It has been resprayed at some point, and there are no paint code nrs visible. I see that Bahia Red (022) is listed as a std colour for that year, does anyone have a pic of a car in that colour. The other possibility could be Rose Red (024...

To me they are not unlike the Corbeau Alpine, which are £180 from dealers on eBay. One thing is how will the raised sides cope with the lap belt of the seat belt or harness? Will they not hold these away from your body instead letting the belt hold you into the seat? Also there is a site on German e...

Guys Thanks for the welcome :) Firstly can I say that unfortunately, that's not my workshop, I've a much more basic std garage !! I've already asked re the chassis nr and it's coming up as a early 1970 model T, which obviously doesn't correspont with the side oil tank shell. I would suspect that the...
