DDK - Die Deutschen Klassiker

Saw a black 912 with californian plates in the roadworks on the southern stretch of the M25 today.
Was on the back of a low loader with a bit of surface rust.

Saw what looked like a nice 911 near twickers stadium heading towards Richmond. I was going the other way in the white 912.

Spotted on the hammersmith one way system today about 3.45.
Reg ended in 911e so I guess it was an e.

I have done a couple of those and they are always good fun for a day.
Once of mine was in Leicester somewhere I think.

Not sure if it will be anyone on here, but I saw a '12 in sunny Malmo today. Had swedish plates on it.

Looked very nice in the evening sun on the M25 tonight.

Does this require the removal of the chrome window surround to replace or can it be done in place?

Which leads to the next question.. Does anyone have any instructions/pointers on how to remove them?
