Re: Swap or maybe sell 4 6x15 Fuch wheels 1976.

Hi there, I have a set of 5 (4 plus spare) 14” Fuchs that took off a 911 a few years ago to swap for 15”s. Don’t know the dates on them. But happy to swap or sell as I no longer have the car. Hi, I may have a swap going on this Sunday and I’ll let you know if that falls through. Cheers Paul. No wor...

Re: Thoughts on Golden Green

Raf had the colour mixed using a sample card.

I think he still has some left.

He's currently finishing off a '66 912 in Champagne Yellow - looks lovely!

Re: Parts sourcing

Hi I've been getting parts/panels etc sent over from Stoddard in Ohio for my 356 T6 recently. Seldom does anything slip through without paying 20% VAT I'm afraid... Generally speaking the postage seems pretty reasonable. It worked out considerably cheaper to buy front and rear floors, front and rear...

Re: Some interesting cars at Revival?

Hi Guys, just had Raf on the phone to let me know that the car was purchased by a dealer to take to Essen, however a deal was apparently struck before the show.... Ended up selling to a German collector for..... €110,000...... Oh, and the fuel injection system was still in the boot!!! A few bits and...

Set of 90mm Piston & Barrels for 2.7 engine

Hi, Having seized my engine again, probably due to using cheap QSC parts (I hope...), I'm now trying to find a reasonably priced piston/cylinder set of Mahle Nikasil for the 2.7 CIS engine (although I'm running Webers). I do have 5 reasonable Alusil Kolbenschmit, so a possible alternative would be f...

Re: 1971 2.2t in Dublin.

For what it is worth, it looks like a car I went to see that was being sold privately on Autotrader by a guy living in Islington. Must have been around spring 2005... Wasn't a lot of money being asked back then, but it needed a bit of work, it hung around for a while. Ring any bells? It's the colour...

Re: Some interesting cars at Revival?

Here are some more pics that I have just taken. Apparently it is one of only 1780 built. Rarer than an RS?? It does have CDI and is the car you saw at Brooklands on New Years Day. Raf has his eye on an RS for restoration and a worrying desire to build a 904.... Something to do with DDK Christmas din...
