I went through the same process when I had my car restored by Roger Bray, I really wanted Fuch wheels so went the hole hog and upgraded to C disc's I have still got the drums but the extra stopping power and less fade is an upgrade worth looking at if you are going to use the car on a regular basis ...

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this post.

I am still very confused as to what I can use and can not use, it looks like I might just go down the 'C' wheel route, so will be looking out for a good set of originals unless anything else comes up.
