maybe you can found all you need here they have a lot of specialy bolts and screws ....

firstly which is the material ? aluminium or white metal ? ....maybe you can repair it easily but best quality is like Evil j bored ant tap to put a screw on one side ... and second side with epoxy glue....
fiishing the works with epoxy putty and painting is a game ....

it's a new product by 3M I saw it in an technical exhibition in germany and I try it .... it's not cheaper but realy good ....
