Re: Wings!

WICKES or B &Q rain water gutter sealant, its the same stuff that is used to seal in the windscreens, and its only about £3 a tube! It does not set, yet its totally waterproof, and you can underseal or waxoyl over the top, and clean off any excess on the top with white spirit before glueing in t...

Right I have tried these on a 65 , and also on a 1985 911 and can say they fit on both cars.

Length will need triming, but that is to be expected,

Good seal, another usefull part!

Many thanks

Depends on the roll cage, a photo would help. As the bulkhead moves forward by about 50mm on the later cars, then you should be ok. If your after a correct early cage, that fits on the rear seat pivot bolt, we make these as well, for cars with or without sunroof!

To fit the earlier wing, you will need to cut away the very front of the impact bumper mounting bracket. There are so many differences in the impact bumper car, under the skin, that you might as well convert the (rust free) short bonnet to a long one and leave the structural integrity of the car alo...

Well I've been busy preparing and researching early panels so when I have time, i will have all the right parts at my fingertips. I have now made patterns to remanufacture the correctly detailed sills for the 64 - 68 cars, and although these pictures show my version for the 69-84 cars, be rest assur...

You are correct, It plugs into the main loom at the base of the rh a post, from there it goes to the rh interior light, and then across the screen aperture to the lh light. If the wiring has not been messed with, it should be lurking somewhere in the light box pressings in the roof, otherwise you wi...
