Quick update - Engine ut this wekend , after fitting hyd. tensioners ,test driving , and finding a nice sounding engine - good result!! However , after doing a leakdown test , with some worrying results , then pulling a valve cover and finding 2 broken studs on one cylinder - it looks like I'm final...

I bought this for the engine to fit in my 914/6 GT project , with the intention of breaking the remains to recoup some of my costs. Allan You certainly wont be disappointed if you leave your project in Mark's hands. He's painted 2 cars for me , the latest being the Jagermeister RSR on his site. What is even better for me is that he is more or less on the doorstep , and you are always made to feel very welcome whenever you pop in...
