I was parked a few cars away from a nice dark red Speedster and a metalic blue 356 cabriolet, both very nice. I was quite happy with the rain it helped disguise some of the bubbles on my paint work. I spotted your car hot66, very nice. Unfortunately I forgot my DDK stickers. I'll have a look for them before the DDK Nothern Event.

It was nice to see quite a few early cars there. I didn't see any 914s though?

Hello, my car is now fixed (fingers crossed), so I just thought I'd mention what the problem was if anyone else has similar symptoms. The problem was dirt in the fuel tap. Resolved by removal of the the tank then stripping and cleaning the fuel tap. The problem seemed intermittent due to the fact th...

Thanks for the reply Luke,
the points gap was set when the distributor was replaced. I had to buy a used 050 but bought new points, arm, cap and condensor.
