l think what oliver did was get some steel/stainless angle the length of the sill. From under the car position the sill closest to the outside edge and drill and screw from above. Sorry to here that mate. Will defo need to be pulled and strip it, split the case to find out what's gone wrong. Fingers crossed not to much damage is done.

Paul,
you either take some of the door bottom to match the sill or sand back the sill to match the door. If only slight taking of the door would be easier. What colour have you gone for..

Thanks Ger. Dropped a boo boo with the IVA application, so anyone filling in your application make sure you put the power output in k/watts and not bhp. If you know your brake horse power simply x by 1.34 and that gives you your power in kwatts. Still waiting for the test date, been told by VOSA the...

Hi to all builders (car), here is a list of recomendations from Chesil to get through the IVA. A list of DOES 1, If no steering lock, then will need to fit an immobiliser by a qualified fitter. Will need to show certificate from govening body at the time of test. Note this is not currently required....
