Hi Rod, From what i understood The engine is as it was when it was when imported, it's previous owner to me (Simon cawthorn) did little to the engine apart from running maintenance. I would bite the bullet and buy from Roger. Not cheap, but potentially much less hassle as you know what your getting.

Hi Rod, Valve clearances were done by Dennis Dunlop before the MOT so should be fine. They are, as someone else mentioned, quite noisy by nature.
