Re: Tool Bag

Don't want to be a lurker here but I have a '66 911/912 bag in black which is the same as the one on the eBay link which I would sell for half that if you are interested.

A bit quicker and more authentic than' getting one made up'

Re: 356 Sloppy gearshift ?

Don't forget the other two! one on the selector shaft and the important one the cup at the bottom of the gearstick. That one stops your stick from being all floppy!

I have an old exhaust for a 356 and some J tubes for a 356

Not too sure if they are the same as a 914?

Re: Distributor refurbishment

I have a dizzy I took off my 12v 'B' if you want to try?

Revival fitted it as a replacement. It's new and only did about 200 miles with it.

I found a NOS stock one in Australia at a good price, so swapped it out.

I can dig it out and see what it is.

I'm a Breitling man so don't know anything about these two. he has all paperwork and receipts from when he bought them. I will pass on yo...

I've owned my 356 for nearly 30 years!! Great car, simple to work on and modify. you can do most of it yourself if you want. Yes, over the years Porsche Tax has got me thinking of selling. But after owning an early 912 and a speedster rep I know I would miss it like I miss those cars. It's not moder...

Re: Bouncy front end !

I think part of the problem was old grease stiffening things up also. I wouldn't think the ARB would be conne...

Re: Surprisingly like the Real Deal!

Why bother?

Just buy a new one - save yourself ££££ in resto costs

I could understand it if it was an old toy you couldn't buy anymore
