Thanks, but it's only really for cleaning off the brake crud. I don't want to polish the rims just keep them looking as they are but protected from corrosion.

I have a spare powdercoated fuel filler neck of an early 911 - not sure if there are different types but I think it came with my 1970 car.

Can anyone recommend a good wheel cleaning product that I can use on my bare aluminium wheels. Preferably something non-acidic and water soluble. I've been using hand wipes but was really looking for something I can spray on and wash off. Maybe foaming? After cleaning I then use Gibbs/XCP or similar...
